Simple recipe to prepare delicious Szechuan Fried Rice at home

Ingredients
Jasmin rice – 2 cups
Bell pepper – 3
Carrots – 2
Hot chillies – 2
Onion – 1
Vegetable oil – 1 Tbsp
Cabbage – 1 small piece
Szechuan Sauce – 1 Tbsp(checkout our recipe)
Instructions:
1. Cook Jasmin rice.
2. Chop Bell pepper, carrots, hot chillies and cabbage.
3. Saute the onion until golden brown.
4. Add other vegetables.
5. Add Szechuan Sauce.
6. Fry until veggiees are soft.
7. Add cooked jasmin rice.
8. Mix well and serve.
