Simple recipe to prepare delicious Szechuan Fried Rice at home

Ingredients |
Jasmin rice – 2 cups |
Bell pepper – 3 |
Carrots – 2 |
Hot chillies – 2 |
Onion – 1 |
Vegetable oil – 1 Tbsp |
Cabbage – 1 small piece |
Szechuan Sauce – 1 Tbsp(checkout our recipe) |
Instructions: |
1. Cook Jasmin rice. |
2. Chop Bell pepper, carrots, hot chillies and cabbage. |
3. Saute the onion until golden brown. |
4. Add other vegetables. |
5. Add Szechuan Sauce. |
6. Fry until veggiees are soft. |
7. Add cooked jasmin rice. |
8. Mix well and serve. |
