Easy Banana Bread Recipe

Banana cake is an easy way to salvage browned or overly ripe bananas. It can be eaten plain as a snack or used a the base for layered cakes.

Ingredients
White Flour – 2 cups
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Ripe Bananas – 2
Eggs – 2 Large
Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
Butter – 75g
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F
2. Sift white flour and baking powder together into a bowl.
3. Add the bananas, eggs, sugar and butter.
4. Mix thoroughly using an electric mixer.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and smoothen the top.
6. Place the cake tin into the preheated oven.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
