Ingredients |
White Flour – 2 cups |
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon |
Ripe Bananas – 2 |
Eggs – 2 Large |
Sugar – 1 Tablespoon |
Butter – 75g |
Instructions: |
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F |
2. Sift white flour and baking powder together into a bowl. |
3. Add the bananas, eggs, sugar and butter. |
4. Mix thoroughly using an electric mixer. |
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and smoothen the top. |
6. Place the cake tin into the preheated oven. |
7. Bake for 30 minutes. |
