Quick and easy recipe to prepare Kerala Style Rabbit curry.

Ingredients |
Rabbit meat – 1 whole rabbit |
Sea salt – 1 Tablespoon |
Red chilli powder – one and a half tablespoons |
Coriander powder – 4 tablespoons |
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon |
Garam masala – 3 tablespoons |
Coconut oil – 3 Tablespoons |
Onions – 3 |
Garlic -1 |
Ginder – 1 piece |
Tomatoes – 2 |
Coconut milk – 3 tablespoons |
Instructions: |
1. Cut the rabbit meat into small pieces. Remove the excess fat and clean the pieces. |
2. Add chilli powder, half the coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and half the garam masala. |
3. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes. |
4. Cook the meat in a pressure cooker. |
5. Heat coconut oil in a deep skillet. |
6. Saute sliced onions until it turns golden brown.. |
7. Add garlic and ginger cut into small pieces. |
8. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry them together for a couple of minutes. |
9. Add the remaining Garam masala, coriander powder and mix them well. |
10. Add the cooked rabbit meat and cook for 5 minutes under closed lid. |
11. Add coconut milk. |
12. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. |
13. Serve hot and enjoy!!! |
