Kerala Style Rabbit Curry

Quick and easy recipe to prepare Kerala Style Rabbit curry.

Ingredients
Rabbit meat – 1 whole rabbit
Sea salt – 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder – one and a half tablespoons
Coriander powder – 4 tablespoons
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 3 tablespoons
Coconut oil – 3 Tablespoons
Onions – 3
Garlic -1
Ginder – 1 piece
Tomatoes – 2
Coconut milk – 3 tablespoons
Instructions:
1. Cut the rabbit meat into small pieces. Remove the excess fat and clean the pieces.
2. Add chilli powder, half the coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and half the garam masala.
3. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes.
4. Cook the meat in a pressure cooker.
5. Heat coconut oil in a deep skillet.
6. Saute sliced onions until it turns golden brown..
7. Add garlic and ginger cut into small pieces.
8. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry them together for a couple of minutes.
9. Add the remaining Garam masala, coriander powder and mix them well.
10. Add the cooked rabbit meat and cook for 5 minutes under closed lid.
11. Add coconut milk.
12. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
13. Serve hot and enjoy!!!
