Ingredients
Chicken pieces with bone – 2kg
Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 2 teaspoons
Paprika(Capsicum Powder) – 2 teaspoons
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoons
Yoghurt – 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala – 2 teaspoons
Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Tablespoon
Mustard Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice – juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Clean the chicken pieces. Make slits in the meat to make sure that the marinade gets in evenly.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the meat.
3. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 230°C/450°F. If your oven has a circulating air mode/fan mode, choose that. This will help make the meat crispier on the outside.
5. Place the chicken pieces on an oven rack.
6. Place the oven rack in the oven. Place a baking tray under the rack to make sure that the fat that drops from the chicken pieces does not ruin your oven.
7. Cook for 15 minutes and turn the pieces over.
8. Cook for 15 more minutes.
9. Serve hot and enjoy.
