Ingredients |
Chicken pieces with bone – 2kg |
Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon |
Red Chilli Powder – 2 teaspoons |
Paprika(Capsicum Powder) – 2 teaspoons |
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoons |
Yoghurt – 2 Tablespoons |
Garam Masala – 2 teaspoons |
Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Tablespoon |
Mustard Oil – 1 Tablespoon |
Salt – 2 teaspoons |
Lemon juice – juice of 1 lemon |
Instructions: |
1. Clean the chicken pieces. Make slits in the meat to make sure that the marinade gets in evenly. |
2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the meat. |
3. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour. |
4. Preheat the oven to 230°C/450°F. If your oven has a circulating air mode/fan mode, choose that. This will help make the meat crispier on the outside. |
5. Place the chicken pieces on an oven rack. |
6. Place the oven rack in the oven. Place a baking tray under the rack to make sure that the fat that drops from the chicken pieces does not ruin your oven. |
7. Cook for 15 minutes and turn the pieces over. |
8. Cook for 15 more minutes. |
9. Serve hot and enjoy. |
