Ingredients
Ripe Mango – 1
Sweetended Condensed Milk – 200g
Whipping Cream – 500g
Instructions:
1. Choose a very ripe mango for this dish. Cut the mango into small pieces and discard its peel. Add the mango pieces into a blender and puree well. Keep it aside.
2. Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and whip using an electric mixer at maximum speed until the cream is stiff.
3. Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix in well.
4. Add the prepared Mango puree and fold in well using a spatula or a spoon.
5. Serve the dessert into serving bowls and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
